We are looking for an Experienced Medical Biller/Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Lab Billing and possess strong leadership skills to oversee operations, guide team members, and ensure seamless billing processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage lab billing processes, including claims submission, follow-ups, and regulatory compliance.

2. Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance to team members.

3. Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.

4. Monitor and improve billing workflows to optimize performance.

5. Ensure accurate and timely insurance claims submission and follow-up.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduation (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field).

2. Experience: 1-2 years in Lab Billing.

3. Expertise: Strong understanding of billing processes, claims handling, follow-ups, and compliance.

4. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations.

5. Communication Skills: Efficient collaboration with providers, clients, and team members to resolve discrepancies.
