Job description

As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for documenting real-time patient interactions and assisting healthcare providers with accurate record-keeping. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will ensure that providers can focus on delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Document patient history, exams, and treatment plans during consultations.
Accurately transcribe physician notes and medical findings into EHR systems.
Assist in managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to clarify and update patient information.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
02-03 years of experience as a medical scribe or in a related role preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
