Job Summary:

The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, including claim submission, payment posting, and follow-ups. The role requires a sound understanding of medical billing processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

v  At least bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).

v  1-2 years of experience in medical billing or related fields.

v  Proficiency in medical billing software and understanding of insurance protocols.

v  Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

v  Process and submit insurance claims with a high degree of accuracy.

v  Post payments, manage account adjustments, and reconcile balances.

v  Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims promptly.

v  Follow up with insurance companies for timely claim processing.

v  Ensure compliance with coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) and payer-specific policies.

v  Address patient billing concerns and provide solutions.
