We are seeking detail-oriented and driven Workers’ Compensation Collections Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the collections process for workers' compensation claims, including billing submission follow-ups, lien/ unpaid bill resolution, and document preparation & handling. This position requires familiarity with California WC regulations and a proactive approach to recovering outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor outstanding WC receivables and lien accounts.

Follow up with insurance carriers, TPAs, and defense attorneys regarding unpaid or underpaid claims.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of medical providers and escalate unresolved issues.

Review EOBs, objections, and denials to determine the next steps for resolution.

Communicate with medical providers or facility staff to gather missing documentation, clarify case details, or provide updates on account status.

Assist in drafting and submitting settlement demands, rebuttals, and supplemental documents to carriers and/or defense counsel.
