Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized body (ICAP or equivalent).

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial management, preferably within the corporate or BPO/consulting sector.

Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Strong grasp of Pakistan tax laws, IFRS, and corporate financial regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and other accounting software (experience with multi-entity or international reporting preferred).

Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct audits, and advise on cost-optimization strategies.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders.

Experience in financial forecasting, cash-flow management, and variance analysis will be a plus.
