Overview

Twenty Four Seven Consultancy is seeking experienced Medical Coding Assistants to join our growing healthcare and RCM team. This is an onsite position based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, ideal for candidates who want to grow their career in the US healthcare industry while working in a professional, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate medical codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services.

• Review clinical documentation to ensure proper coding and compliance.

• Validate and update patient data, codes, and modifiers.

• Coordinate with billing teams to support clean claim submissions.

• Identify coding errors and inconsistencies and resolve them promptly.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.

• Stay updated with changes in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional medical coding experience.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and documentation review.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Shift & Location

• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
