Twenty Four Seven Consultancy is looking for experienced Team Leads and Backup Team Leads

to join our Medical Billing team. If you have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR),

Denial Management, and team coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and support the Medical Billing team to achieve daily targets.

2. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denial Management processes.

3. Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports.

4. Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely claim follow-up.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR).

2. Experience in Denial Management.

3. Strong reporting and analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
