KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates
2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant departments
3. Identify hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly
4. Manage job postings across multiple platforms
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
7. Ensure smooth communication between applicants and hiring managers
8. Support HR operations as required
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 1+ year experience in medical billing or RCM recruitment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to assess candidate suitability effectively
4. Skilled in resume screening and candidate evaluation
5. Ability to plan and execute recruitment processes
