WE’RE HIRING – BACKUP TEAM LEAD / BILLING EXECUTIVE / SR. BILLING EXECUTIVE 
Twenty Four Seven Consultancy is expanding its RCM team and looking for dedicated, skilled, 
and hardworking professionals to join our billing department. If you have experience in medical 
billing, are passionate about accuracy, and want to grow in a reputable and fast-paced 
organization, this opportunity is for you. 
 
This is an onsite night shift role based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. 
 
OPEN POSITIONS
1.  Backup Team Lead
2.  Billing Executive
3.  Sr. Billing Executive
 
REQUIREMENTS
1.  Specialty Experience: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OBGYN, Orthopedic, OT/PT
2.  Experience: Minimum 2+ years in medical billing 
 
SKILLS
1.  Strong communication skills 
2.  Ability to work under pressure 
3.  Good command over RCM workflow 
4.  Problem-solving and team collaboration abilities 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.  Handle billing operations with accuracy and efficiency 
2.  Manage claim submissions, charge entries, and payment posting tasks 
3.  Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly targets 
4.  Ensure timely resolution of denials and rejections 
5.  Maintain clear communication with internal teams 
6.  For Team Lead role: oversee team performance, assist junior staff, and support daily supervision tasks
