KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.  Review and analyze patient medical records and documentation
2.  Assign accurate medical codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
3.  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
4.  Maintain confidentiality of patient information
5.  Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
6.  Meet productivity and quality standards
 
REQUIREMENTS
1.  Education: Pharm.D preferred
2.  Experience: Minimum 1 year of medical coding experience
3.  Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding systems
4.  Good communication and analytical skills
5.  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
6.  Attention to detail and accuracy
