We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribes to support healthcare providers

by accurately documenting patient encounters and maintaining clinical records. This role is ideal

for Pharm.D fresh graduates looking to build a career in medical documentation and healthcare

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Document patient visits in real-time under physician supervision

2. Accurately record medical histories, examinations, and treatment plans

3. Update electronic health records (EHR) with precision and completeness

4. Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards

5. Assist physicians in maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification: Pharm.D

2. Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply

3. Strong communication skills

4. Excellent attention to detail

5. Basic understanding of medical terminology
