Job Summary:

The Senior Team Lead oversees multiple teams or complex projects, providing strategic direction and operational leadership. This role focuses on aligning team objectives with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

v  At least bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (Master’s preferred).

v  5+ years of experience in medical billing leadership roles.

v  Advanced understanding of billing processes, coding, and compliance.

v  Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

v  Lead multiple teams and coordinate efforts to meet organizational objectives.

v  Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance productivity.
