Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing engaging user experiences and a strong understanding of user interface design principles. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital products.

Responsibilities:

1.  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

2.  Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and consistent with the brand's identity.

3.  Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

4.  Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experiences.

5.  Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes (responsive design).

6.  Assist in usability testing and interpret analytics to improve and refine the user experience.

7.  Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1.  6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

2.  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

3.  Understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

4.  Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

5.  Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

6.  A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

7.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
