1.  Bachelor’s degree (completed) from a recognized institution
2.  Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
3.  0 to 8 months of experience in a US-based call center or a relevant role
4.  Strong organizational and time-management skills
5.  High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
6.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
7.  Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
8.  Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
9.  Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
